Work Skills Supervisors - Indianola Responsible to supervise and train people with disabilities in a vocational setting for the purpose of improving their work and social skills and enhancing the overall quality of their life. Important roles will include aiding people with disabilities in getting ready for the work day, staying motivated and busy working throughout their shift and end of the day cleanup.
